The Marlins clutch move

The Marlins make a very smart decision, and signed the veteran outfielder Ichiro Suzuki. This is a crucial signing, because of the age of their outfielders. They had too much youth, and Suzuki will now fix that problem. Suzuki is 41 years old entering his 15th year in the major leagues. He is a 10 time All-Star, 10 time Gold Glover, and a 2 time Batting Champion. He is a future Hall of Hamer no doubt. Last year Suzuki played more of a back up role finishing with a .284 average, .324 OBP, and 15 stolen bases. I would assume he will be playing a similar role in Miami, where he can mentor a young outfield and a young team. I look forward to see what Ichiro still has in the tank, and what impression he can make on their young athletes.
